Tri-Cities Chamber urges the BC Government to revisit escalating workers’ compensation system costs

(TRI-CITIES) November 3, 2022 — The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce supports the statement issued by the BC Chamber of Commerce and 11 other associations, regarding the unwelcome changes to the Workers Compensation Act. 

The changes introduced by Bill 41 will  increase costs to businesses on top of other mounting costs, rising inflation, and a potential economic downturn.
