About the Speaker

Allison J. Bran
Speaker, Strategist, Entrepreneur, and Founder of The REX Agency

Allison J. Bran is the founder and CEO of The REX Agency, an internationally award-winning brand strategy and creative marketing firm based in Port Moody. With over two decades of experience in marketing and brand development, she has helped businesses across North America transform their brand narratives, stand out in crowded markets, and achieve significant growth.

She is the creator of the Business to Brand Framework™ and the Small Business Marketing Gap Course™, both designed to bridge the gap between business operations and leading brands. Her agency has earned over 25 international awards for excellence in brand strategy, marketing, and design, making her a sought-after expert in building brands that fuel marketing, sales, culture, and recruiting.

More than accolades and business success, Allison is deeply committed to building a business that aligns with personal values, long-term goals, and the life you want to live. For her, that means navigating the messy, imperfect, and often exhausting balance of ambition, marriage, and motherhood. It’s not a perfect science—it’s a fail-forward exercise and an ongoing negotiation. Some days, business wins. Other days, family comes first. And through it all, she remains passionate about helping others redefine success on their own terms, proving that you can build something meaningful, profitable, and fully aligned with your vision—even if you haven’t yet found the perfect career path, the right mentor, or an example to follow.

Her journey—from a self-taught web designer in the dot-com boom to leading a top-rated branding agency—reflects her deep commitment to creating work that matters, fostering human connection, and challenging conventional paths to success. Whether she’s advising growing brands, mentoring entrepreneurs, or speaking on leadership and brand strategy, Allison’s message remains the same: Stop competing. Start leading. Build a brand, a business, and a life that creates impact—while staying true to your values.
