Aging My Way Home Care is a local family owned and operated home care business, committed to making a positive difference in the aging experience through continuously seeking ways to improve senior life and establishing an atmosphere in which seniors can thrive.

Through thoughtful planning in collaboration with seniors and family members Aging My Way Home Care helps families develop a plan that is sensitive to individual needs. The staff is intelligent, caring, and passionate about the role they play. They are expected to treat every contact as a friend, every client as family, and perform every task as an honour.

Aging My Way Home Care recognizes that people living with dementia face daily challenges. Rather than focusing on what a person living with dementia is no longer able to do, the staff is trained to seek out what they can do. To maintain its commitment to finding ways to improve the lives of persons living with dementia, staff is introduced to some of the leading and innovative practices used in dementia care in North America. Care plans are developed to reflect the positive skills that remain thus enabling a person living with dementia to maintain their dignity and participate in daily life at the level of their ability.
