Jamie Cuthbert is an extremely successful entrepreneur in the local area for 20 years. He started Rocky Point Kayak & Rocky Point Ice Cream at a young age and have steadily grown both businesses. Both employ over 75 people in 2016 with combined sales of over 1.7 million. He has also become an identified successful “entrepreneur” within the community, that has started three companies.

He successfully created the first “food truck” style ice cream truck in Canada. Early adoption of the craft food movement in Tri-City, hand crafted small batch ice cream.

His accomplishments are astounding for such a young age, he won British Columbia Small Business of the Year 2016 (Rocky Point Ice Cream), Expanded our small shop to a million dollar plus multi faceted business (retail/wholesale), and National leader in the paddlesport community, early adoption of new trends.

He prides himself in his involvement in the community by volunteering on many civic committee’s for the City of Port Moody (14 years), he is a founding member of Tri-City People Who Give a Damn. He also sees the importance in employing today’s youth of the Tri-Cities and has a coaching role within Port Moody Amateur Hockey.
