Increase Community Reach & Reputation

Some companies may be new to the area, want to be seen as a valuable member of the community, or have had some bad PR in the past and are looking to repair their reputation. If any of those are true, a chamber membership is a good investment for you.

If that’s why you joined you should consider the following activities first:

  1. Proudly display your membership certificate, window decal, website badge, and Chamber branded nametag to show that you are a chamber member. Use the proud member logo on your business cards, email signatures, and any other public-facing displays of your alignment with the chamber.
  2. Get involved. There are numerous opportunities to volunteer. There are specific committees and/or ambassadorship opportunities. By volunteering you can get to know other businesses on a deeper level.
  3. Sponsor an event. If you want to get your business name associated with the chamber, sponsoring an event is a good way to do it. The chamber offers a lot of different levels of sponsorships so there’s one that will fit your budget.
  4. Host a ribbon-cutting, open house, or anniversary milestone celebration. The Chamber can provide you with the tools to ensure your event is a success. Inquire about our Ribbon Cutting checklist.
