Our CEO Roundtable & Business Development Plan Program provides participants with the opportunity to build rapport and learn from other higher-level executives, fostering peer mentorship in a safe environment of trust.
Over the course of three months, program participants will receive targeted business training from a business improvement expert and receive advice on solving complex issues. Alongside their peers, participants will also build a business plan and walk away with a 1-2 year actionable business growth strategy.
Designed to be an educational tool that builds lasting relationships that will extend beyond the final session, our CEO Roundtable & Business Development Plan Program was established with CEOs and business owners within the Tri-Cities in mind.
During the program, meetings will be hosted biweekly. Each meeting is an hour and a half in duration, and each session will begin with 20-30 minutes of targeted business training.
Including an introduction and final presentation session, there will be six sessions in total.
In addition, there will also be an accountability check-in, two months after the conclusion of the program, to see how the group has managed with the launch of their strategic plan.
