TRI-CITIES CHAMBER HOSTS ANOTHER SELL-OUT GOLF TOURNAMENT!

This year 148 golfers including Port Moody Mayor Mike Clay braved a rather wet day at Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club to play in the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce’s annual golf tournament. The 2012 Golf Classic sold out weeks before the event – indicating that this is one must-attend event for businesses in the Tri-Cities.

The tournament attracted executives, civic leaders and professionals from diverse industries. This event is as broad and diverse as our business community.

Golfers enjoyed a variety of treats, interactive activities, giveaways, contests and prizes provided by hole sponsors, including 3D Golf Performance, Bart Aldrich Notary Corporation, Coquitlam Chrysler, Coquitlam Express Hockey, Innovative Fitness, John Wolff investor’s Group, Mint Hair Lounge, Optimum Family Chiropractic, PoCo Inn & Suites and Technica Systems. Food & drinks on the course were provided by The Keg, Mr. Mike’s, Sysco, Phoenix Truck & Crane, Joey Coquitlam, Boulevard Casino, Marble Slab Creamery and Me-N-Eds Pizza Parlour.

Following golf, attendees were treated to Westwood Plateau’s amazing buffet dinner. MC Jay Janower from Global TV welcomed dinner guests and presented numerous door prizes.
